Rininta, or Erin as she is usually addressed, focuses primarily on alternative dispute resolution, particularly arbitration, both domestic and international. She also handles civil proceedings locally, and banking matters. Erin has assisted on a number of arbitrations, including as counsel for a number of construction, energy, and general commercial disputes administered by ICC, SIAC, and LCIA. She also actively advises state-owned entities in foreign investment disputes, and private entities in numerous general transactions.
A former mootie and a Willem C. Vis arbitration moot awardee herself, she coaches and assists mooting teams from universities across Indonesia in her spare time. She also guest lectures in classes on international arbitration in universities across Indonesia.
