Rininta, or Erin as she is usually addressed, focuses primarily on alternative dispute resolution, particularly arbitration, both domestic and international. She also handles civil proceedings locally, and banking matters. Erin has assisted on a number of arbitrations, including as counsel for a number of construction, energy, and general commercial disputes administered by ICC, SIAC, and LCIA. She also actively advises state-owned entities in foreign investment disputes, and private entities in numerous general transactions.
Graduated from Harvard Law School with a Dean's Scholar Prize on Foundations of International Arbitration, she sits as founder and chair member of numerous professional organizations in arbitration, including the Indonesia Young Arbitration Community. She also guest lectures in universities across Indonesia.
