Yudis, as he is usually addressed, is one of KarimSyah’s most active litigator, having various experience in disputes, before both the courts and arbitral tribunals. Specializing in dispute resolution, his recent cases include serving as counsel in a number of domestic construction arbitration, and in another relating to a coal purchase contract. He also actively advises major hospitals in civil proceedings and litigations.
